The first public release of Pixnarr — a free, open-source AI video creation
studio that runs entirely on your machine.

What is Pixnarr?

Paste a script. Get a fully structured video with AI-generated scene images,
voiceovers, background music, and cinematic animations — rendered to MP4
with no subscriptions, no cloud fees, and no data leaving your machine.

What's included

• AI script-to-project generation via Groq (Llama 3.3 70B)
• AI scene image generation via Cloudflare Workers AI (Dreamshaper 8 LCM)
• Full video rendering with FFmpeg (zoom, pan, ken burns, fade animations)
• Per-scene voiceover upload or single full voiceover with auto-split
• Background music library + custom upload
• Scene export — render each scene as its own individual video
• Image gallery and audio library with local storage
• Configurable ports, startup timeout, and API keys via in-app Settings

Requirements

• Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
• A free Groq API key — console.groq.com/keys
• A free Cloudflare Workers AI key — dash.cloudflare.com

Installation

1. Download pixnarr-setup-v1.0.0.exe below
2. Run the installer
3. Open Pixnarr → Settings → enter your API keys
4. Start creating

Notes

• First launch takes 15–30 seconds while the backend initialises
• If startup times out, go to Settings and increase Startup Wait Time to 120s
• All generated videos, images, and audio are saved locally on your machine
• If pixnarr did not load your api keys settings on first launch close pixnarr_backend in task manager and restart pixnarr
