Arm Create Tufty 2350 bw-1.28.0-3

First release of the Arm Create Tufty 2350 with-filesystem image.

This is MicroPython bw-1.28.0-3 for the Pimoroni Tufty 2350 only. It is not the stock firmware from pimoroni/tufty2350.

The UF2 keeps only flash pages that hold data: the firmware, the ROMFS, and the TUFTY files. Blank pages are left out.

Flash

1. Plug in a USB-C data cable.
2. Hold BOOT, tap RESET, then let go of BOOT.
3. Copy the UF2 onto the root of the RP2350 drive.
4. The drive disappears when the badge reboots.

Do not flash this onto Badger, Blinky, or Tufty 2040.
