v1.11.3

Fixed, macOS: a trackpad couldn't scroll the terminal at all. A trackpad
reports scrolling in pixels, as a stream of small movements while your
fingers move, and each one was converted to whole lines and rounded on its
own — so anything shorter than half a text row became zero and was thrown
away. On a Retina display a row is about 33 pixels tall and those
movements are usually under ten, so every one of them was discarded and
the terminal never scrolled however long you swiped.Leftover movement now carries over between events until it adds up to a
line. A mouse wheel, which reports whole notches rather than pixels, was
never affected and still scrolls immediately.
