MusicXML documentation URL has changed

Due to a policy change by the W3C, the MusicXML project has changed from the "w3c" to the "w3c-cg" GitHub organization. All our GitHub data — such as issues, discussions and the code repo itself — is still available, but the URLs have changed.

Most notably, the documentation URL has changed. Here's the new one:

https://w3c-cg.github.io/musicxml/

Unfortunately the old documentation links aren't automatically redirecting, despite us being assured that would be the case. I'm going to see whether the W3C folks can make this happen, but in the meantime I wanted to share this news in case people are confused about broken docs links.

We've received word from W3C that they resolved the redirection issue, and indeed the old links are working again. Sanity is restored!
