- Added text "with the notes for non-web documents from removed". - Replaced “user agent or other platform software” with “user agent or platform software”. - Removed "by making changes to the notes for non-web documents by replacing “web content” with "content"" - Replaced “non-web software that interprets” with “software that interprets”. - Removed "user agent" with "underlying platform software" (as mentioned twice) In SC text: - Updated the rewritten success criterion to use “user agent or platform software” instead of “user agent”. - Replaced "mobile applications" with "software, such as mobile applications" - Added a cross-reference to Figure 1 on layers responsibility in note 2.
