Don't repeat the job title inside its own fire text

A job titled "say hi" with prompt "say hi to me" rendered both lines on
every fire. When title and prompt restate each other, the longer
variant now renders once. Bump to 0.1.26.

Restrict assistant-text dedup to narration; always record terminal text

record_assistant_text dropped near-duplicate text from events and
messages regardless of whether the turn continued. That deleted the
turn's actual reply from durable history whenever it resembled earlier
narration — the agent-side half of the vanishing-messages bug. The
redundancy check now applies only to narration turns (text with tool
calls); terminal text (no tool calls) always records. Bump to 0.1.25.

v0.1.24

Add one-off schedules, message delivery, and immediate first run

Schedule::Once (`at HH:MM` / `in 30m`) fires a single time and disables
itself; Delivery::Message sends a plain scheduled chat turn instead of
a goal; new jobs of every kind now fire on the next tick rather than
waiting a full interval. create_recurring_job exposes delivery.
Bump to 0.1.24.
