A critical bug detected. DO NOT USE THIS RELEASE IN PRODUCTION
Bug fix:
- Periodical sampling runs a worker thread to save images sampled from the main process. The main process only grabs frames and looks for next sampling time. However, this takes more computation resource as it keeps receiving frames from the camera stream.
