• Global shortcuts on macOS are now keyboard-layout aware: letter accelerators bind to the labelled key on non-QWERTY layouts (AZERTY, QWERTZ, Dvorak, ...) via UCKeyTranslate, instead of the fixed QWERTY physical position.

• Resolve macOS GA readiness regressions in output handling and setup wizard in PR by @taliesin-ai
• Fix WebView2 COM AddRef/Release wrappers on Windows reporting a stale thread last-error as a failure. They now return the reference count, so a release can no longer abort the application or fail an asset request (#3931)
• Fix ICoreWebView2Deferral.Release calling the AddRef slot, which leaked the deferral of every deferred asset request on Windows (#3931)
