Win7 users need to install VxKex (to solve the ProcessPrng issue) and MicrosoftEdgeWebView2Runtime (a dependency for program operation).

1. Install VxKex. After installation, right-click on hashcatGUI.exe, select "Properties", and enable VxKex in the "VxKex" tab.
2. Install Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, complete the installation, and then launch hashcatGUI.exe.
