• Quick Add Rule: create a routing rule for the site you're looking at —
  a new menu bar action grabs the page from your frontmost browser, suggests
  domain patterns to match, and saves the rule without opening the dashboard.
• Block with REJECT: rules can now block traffic outright — REJECT is
  available as a policy when creating or editing rules, and imported rule
  sets that use REJECT are recognized too.

Changed

• Rule changes apply instantly: edits to routing rules and policies now
  reach the running proxy right away — no need to stop and restart it.

Fixed

• The import and quick-add windows now size themselves to fit their content
  instead of clipping it.
