Bi objective MiP-EGO

In this pre-release, the bi-objective optimisation developed by Christiaan Lamers is added to the package.
It is now possible to optimise two objectives like time and accuracy when optimising neural network architectures or other optimisation problems.

We also included the gpu-util library as dependency as this library is used to switch between available GPU's.
