• **手动局域网同步：**两台电脑连接同一网络，打开“文件 → 设备同步”，输入配对码、比较改动并在双方确认后同步。兼容的改动自动合并，冲突可保留两份，无需账号或云服务器。
• **文字颜色与 AI 只读保护：**支持命题文字局部着色；图谱旁的锁可阻止 Agent 修改，同时保留作者手动编辑能力。界面支持英文、简体中文和日文。

本次仅发布 Mac／Windows。没有更新或公开安卓源码，也没有新的安卓 APK。

Downloads and installation

• Windows x64: Papergraph-0.16.0-preview.8-windows-x64.zip. Extract the complete archive, then run papergraph.exe. Preserve the existing Data folder or custom library when upgrading.
• Apple Silicon Mac: Papergraph-0.16.0-preview.8-macos-arm64.zip. Intel Mac: Papergraph-0.16.0-preview.8-macos-x64.zip. Quit the app before replacing Papergraph.app in Applications; the library is stored separately.
• All three packages include the runtime. Checksums are in SHA256SUMS.txt.

Changes

Both desktop apps now support direct manuscript editing, source-linked parenthetical citations, automatic citation background highlighting and selected proposition font colors. Editing repeated citations, undo/redo and switching themes keep highlights aligned with the source. Display highlights do not alter saved text or plain-text copying.

This update also brings the latest canvas controls, unassigned graphs at the sidebar root, per-graph agent protection and manual LAN pairing/comparison/synchronization to the public desktop repository. Its existing MIT license is retained.

Validation and preview limits

The release workflow requires native macOS and Windows regression tests, Full text editing/reference checks, and synchronization merge/recovery/loopback TLS checks before publishing. The existing public Mac inspector click/input regression test is retained alongside the newer desktop tests.

Mac packages use ad-hoc signatures and are not notarized. The Intel package is cross-built and still needs hardware testing. Real Windows–Mac networking/firewall behavior and interactive Chinese/Japanese IME candidate windows need hands-on validation. Guest Wi-Fi may block devices from reaching one another.

The experimental Mac Bluetooth adapter remains included, but physical Android–Mac transfer still needs testing. This desktop-only release provides no Android app or source and no Windows Bluetooth support. Use LAN sync between desktop apps.

papergraph 0.15.0-preview.7 — macOS preview

This update fixes mouse access to the macOS proposition editor and standardizes the project documentation.

• macOS editor fix: a hidden relation-settings viewport could intercept clicks over the proposition body. Clicking a proposition or frame's body now focuses the text editor, including after selecting a relation.
• Interaction coverage: regression tests resolve the rendered click target, focus the editor and send text input. They cover titles, proposition and frame bodies, all four Notes pages, relation notes, light/dark themes, manuscript updates and saving.
• Documentation: English and Chinese READMEs now use consistent Papergraph naming, section structure and platform-specific download tables.

The .NET runtime is included. For macOS, extract the ZIP and move Papergraph.app to Applications. Graph files remain in ~/Library/Application Support/Papergraph. Preserve the Data folder beside the executable when upgrading on Windows. Windows v0.14.3 remains the stable release.

The macOS preview is ad-hoc signed, without Apple Developer ID signing or notarization. See the macOS guide for first-launch instructions. Intel execution, physical trackpad pinch and Chinese/Japanese IME composition still require hands-on verification.

本次修复 macOS 右侧正文编辑框点击无响应的问题：原先隐藏的关系设置滚动层会挡住正文框，导致点击无法进入编辑。修复后，命题及方框正文可正常点击输入，切换连线后再返回也可继续编辑。

macOS preview / Mac 预览版

Papergraph is now available for macOS 14 or newer, with separate downloads for Apple Silicon (macos-arm64) and Intel (macos-x64). Extract the ZIP and move Papergraph.app to Applications. The .NET runtime is included.

• Shared graph model, file format, layout and local agent interface with Windows; existing .papergraph and .yujian files can be opened directly.
• Mac controls: drag to select, two-finger scroll to pan, a visible Select/Pan/zoom/Actions toolbar, Command shortcuts and optional Control-click menus.
• English, Simplified Chinese and Japanese interface; light/dark themes, four Notes pages and live full text.
• Windows and Mac now share the same sun/moon artwork and white rounded application icon.
• Includes a Windows x64 preview with the shared icon changes. Windows 0.14.3 remains the stable release.

Mac graphs are saved in ~/Library/Application Support/Papergraph; Windows graphs remain in the Data folder beside the executable. Copy your graph files locally and keep a backup before switching between previews. Application archives contain no personal graphs or library state.

Preview limitations: the Mac app is ad-hoc signed, without Apple Developer ID signing or notarization. macOS may block the first launch; follow Apple's instructions for an app from an unidentified developer if you choose to open this download. Intel is cross-built and has not been tested on Intel hardware. Physical trackpad pinch and Chinese/Japanese IME composition still need hands-on verification.

Source and release packages are built from the same tagged commit. The release workflow requires the Windows and macOS test jobs to pass before publishing all three archives and SHA256SUMS.txt.

papergraph 0.14.3 — Live full text and word counts

papergraph 0.14.3 adds a live manuscript view for reviewing the text behind an argument graph.

Changes since 0.12.12

• Live full text: directional Body connections produce an editable-source manuscript preview. Rings introduce line breaks and frames separate paragraphs. Disconnected manuscripts have their own numbered pages. Reference connections and isolated points stay out of the body; ordering checks identify ambiguous branches, conflicting connections and cycles. Click a passage to locate its source point.
• Live word and character counts: see totals for the current page and selected text, including Chinese, Japanese and mixed-language writing. Counts follow edits and Undo/Redo.
• Four Notes pages: every object has simple 1 2 3 4 tabs. Page 1 is reserved for the author, while agent writes use pages 2–4. Notes do not become manuscript text.
• Frames and navigation: connect frames directly, show their titles outside the border and double-tap an arrow key to enter a nearby frame. Internal boards keep a faint boundary. Frame grips scale with zoom, and adding a proposition preserves the current view.
• Graph categories: organize saved graphs in the sidebar, with matching agent operations.
• Agent interface: fullText returns ordered manuscript pages and diagnostics without desktop automation. Agents can read inactive pages, set Body/Reference roles and branch order, manage categories and work with the permitted Notes pages using revision-checked writes.
• Updated English and Chinese documentation and regression coverage.

Download and upgrade

Download papergraph-0.14.3-win-x64.zip, extract it into a writable folder and run papergraph.exe. This Windows x64 package includes the .NET 10.0.3 Desktop Runtime; no separate runtime installation is needed.

Keep your existing Data folder when upgrading. The archive includes the application, documentation, committed source and runtime license notices. It contains no personal graphs or local library state. SHA256SUMS.txt records the archive checksum.

Source and validation

The v0.14.3 tag and bundled Source directory correspond to commit 8cc6a77.

The final self-contained build passed the complete isolated desktop self-test suite. GitHub Actions build and self-tests also passed. Archive contents and runtime-file hashes were verified before upload.

papergraph — Windows download (build 0.12.12)

This existing release has been updated in place. Current app build: 0.12.12.

Changes

• Agent page management: list pages, create named empty pages, copy a whole graph, and open another page. Agents can read and search an inactive page without changing the current view. New pages and copies stay in the background by default. Pending edits save first; current/source/target revisions are checked. Completed creation requests can be retried after restarting without making another copy or overwriting later edits.
• Copy and paste frames or selections: right-click Copy/Paste or use Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V on the canvas, including across pages. Writing, notes, groups, colors and internal connections are preserved; each paste creates independent objects and supports batch undo.
• Arrange inside: directed layout uses the available frame space, keeps points inside their frames, preserves visible ring sizes and reduces crossings. Long chains can wrap into reading rows. The camera remains unchanged.
• Review colors: manually mark points, rings and connections with distinct colors to find work that needs attention.
• Connection filters: Within and Across use innermost frames, so a shared outer frame no longer causes cross-frame references to appear as internal links.
• Updated English/Chinese documentation, agent examples and desktop regression tests.

Download and upgrade

Download papergraph-0.12.1-win-x64.zip, extract it to a writable folder, and open papergraph.exe. The existing filename and release URL are retained; the application inside is 0.12.12. Windows x64, with .NET 10.0.3 included.

Keep your existing Data folder when upgrading. The archive contains the application, documentation and committed source; it contains no personal graphs or local library state. SHA256SUMS.txt provides the archive checksum.

Source and validation

Source commit 5e803c8 is included in the archive's Source folder. The original v0.12.1 tag is retained, so GitHub's automatic source archives for that tag describe the first release; use the linked commit or bundled Source for this updated build.

The final self-contained Windows package passed all 24 desktop self-test groups. GitHub Actions checks also passed. The project uses the MIT license; bundled .NET license notices are included.
