Adds support for multiple USB devices.
Previous versions only allowed a single USB connection to be used as a controller, pedals or wheels that had separate USB connections would be ignored. This update resolves that issue and allows for mixed racing wheel/pedla setups.
No changes to xbox versions needed. This is a PC only fix.
