This release introduces a two-person annotation workflow — labelers mark regions, experts verify them — and replaces the old CSV storage with a single validated JSON file per recording. Annotations now keep full sub-second timing.

✨ Highlights

Review & verification

• Labeler / Expert roles — pick a name and role on first run (honor-system, no login); edit anytime from the toolbar.
• Expert review panel — experts toggle Review mode, select a label, and Verify, Reject, or request Needs changes with an optional note.
• Status at a glance — annotation borders are color-coded: ⚪ draft · 🔵 submitted · 🟢 verified · 🔴 rejected · 🟣 needs-changes.
• Full provenance — every annotation records its author, reviewer, and timestamps. Editing an already-reviewed label automatically sends it back for re-review.

Annotation precision

• Sub-second time — start/stop times are no longer rounded to whole seconds; downstream analysis gets exact boundaries.
• Channel snapping — vertical edges snap to whole channel borders, so a box always covers exactly the channels it lists (single-channel annotations are now fully visible).

Storage

• One JSON file per recording ({edf}.ziyatron.json) holding every montage's annotations plus review metadata.
• Safe saves — saving one montage never touches another's labels, and a labeler's save can't overwrite an expert's verdict.
• Validation — a hand-corrupted file is reported with a warning instead of silently losing data.

🐛 Fixes

• Switching montage after deleting all annotations now correctly persists the empty state instead of keeping the old labels.
• Annotations no longer drift up by one channel on each move/resize.

⚠️ Notes

• CSV is gone. Existing *_<montage>.csv files are not read by the app — migrate them separately if needed.
• Closing the window still discards unsaved annotations without a prompt — remember to Ctrl+S.
