Fix

• invalid amount on mainnet WART sends: payload now includes both amountE8 (mainnet) and wartE8 (DeFi)
• Fee rounding uses node encode16bit instead of local ceil re-round

• versionName 1.0.3 / versionCode 4
• Local baked warthog-ts (Shifu live lib untouched)
• Smoke-tested mainnet: old wartE8-only → 304 invalid amount; new both fields → past amount validation
