Add schemes to screenshots

* sam/run-154-screenshots:
  updated mock date in tests
  updated failing test
  default to metric locale when running on the sim
  marked new schemes as shared
  use schemes to get screenshot for imperial / metric
  Accept unit
  added mock helpers
  Added screenshot helper
  removed prints
  updated mocks to use new style
  updated preview generation to be based on an offset from current date
