Adds an evaluation_progress live event so build/dependency totals grow during evaluation; throttles and dedupes the project page's live refetch (fixes running-eval overload and package-list flicker); plus wildcard truncation, removed Eval-log button, closure Back navigation, arrow-key eval nav, and a leaner entry-point query.
A Substituted build has no log of its own; the /builds/{id}/log* endpoints now fall back to the most recent prior build of the same derivation that has one (chunked or inline).
