fix linux keybinding conflicts

• Alt-I is opening the devtools on linux instead of focusing input
• Alt-P no longer works for codeedit preview (as Alt-P is used for switch tab)
• copy/paste keybinding is not working for copying command strings from previously executed commands in tabs

Just found another conflict with Cmd-R in (when you're in Ctrl-R history search) and Cmd-R for restart line.
