  web interface, which prints it fine. Print the quotation there; the other
  quotation actions then work through the CLI.
• Known limit: bank-statement upload creates the document, then Exact
  answers a generic 500 on BankStatementUploadAttachments in a live test.
  The same CODA file imports fine in the web interface, so the limit is on
  the API side: import the file there.
• The webhook --description help says that Exact may keep its own value:
  Exact ignored it on POST and PUT in a live test.

Fixed

• Release: the Homebrew job waits until npm serves a fresh version (up to
  20 tries, 30 s apart) instead of failing on the first 404.
