Pinhead v26

⚠️ This is a major Pinhead release that may cause breaking changes for a subset of downstream users.

Structural changes affecting the distributed files

• Icon IDs may now start with a number character 0-9 (e.g. 1_plus.svg).
• Repos listed in external_sources.json may now specify specific branches or commits.
• A new file id_upgrades.json has been added. It provides simple upgrade paths for icon IDs in the format "historical_id": "latest_id".
• A new file id_metadata.json has been added. It provides data for sorting the icons into categories based on their IDs.

Structural changes affecting the repository

• The metadata/changelog.json file has been broken up into one file per release. See the metadata/changelogs directory.
• The icons repo directory has been flattened and no longer contains subfolders.

This release contains new, renamed, and redesigned icons that may affect your setup. A machine-readable version of this changelog can be found in the changelog.json file included in the distribution. For a simple mapping of old IDs to new IDs, see id_upgrades.json.
