0.3.0 - the migration

merged from upstream and refactored hard.
migrated from Quilt Mappings on Loom to Yarn Mappings because update frequency is better on Yarn.
i doubt that i will update this frequently that i need such update frequency on toolchain but who knows.
now does not care about leaf type by default so #3 is resolved.
also made a change on mod icon.
