Fixes

• #15 — Filter untitled tasks from list results. things_find_tasks, things_show_project (children), things_find_projects, and things_overview would return shells of tasks created and abandoned with no title. They are now skipped alongside recurring templates in all list handlers.
• things_find_tasks / things_find_projects recurring instances: date filters (scheduled_before/scheduled_after) now use TodayIndexRefDate when present, so a recurring instance is matched against its current occurrence date rather than the original.
• isRecurringTemplate: drop the RecurrenceIDs check. After a user edits "all future occurrences" Things creates a new template with both rr and rt; checking rr alone is the correct detection (and matches the docstring).
• HTTP server: add WriteTimeout of 5m to bound long-running responses (follow-up to v1.3.1's connection-buildup fix).
• OAuth credential verification: route the verifying thingscloud.Client through the per-user proxy when one is assigned, matching the rest of the request path.
