backingtrack doctor, update, setup and remove have a new look, with the same Dracula colors as the editor:

• header box with a purple → pink gradient, sections with a rule, aligned columns, colored status marks
• doctor: a size bar for every sample pack, a green "All set!" box or a yellow box with numbered fixes
• downloads: gradient progress bar with percentage, MB and file count
• no colors when the output is not a terminal, or with NO_COLOR

📖 Documentation

• README: screenshot gallery (Song, Scales, Guide) under the Sections screenshot, in both languages.
• English and Italian README and docs are now aligned page by page (same sections, same content).

🐛 Fixes

• doctor showed the double bass pack name in Italian in English mode.
• remove message was not translated.
