Seagull v0.3.1

✨ New Features

Deep link support — Registered seagull:// as a custom protocol.
Usage limit banner — Free users who hit their limit now see a persistent banner on the idle screen with a one-click upgrade button, instead of only discovering it when they try to start.
Yearly subscription plan — New $69.99/year plan with 600 hours of translation time.

🐛 Bug Fixes

Fixed usage limit modal not appearing — WebSocket onerror was consuming the error before onclose could read the 4029 close code, causing "WebSocket connection failed" to show instead of the upgrade modal.
Fixed limit modal sizing — Increased modal height to properly fit all three plan options without clipping.

🔧 Improvements

Updated About page with scrollable changelog
Improved error display in active transcription state
