A patch, and if your app has lazy() routes you want it: 3.4.0's weave build wrote the wrong
script into index.html.

weave build injected a lazy route instead of the entry

esbuild sets entryPoint on every code-split chunk it names after a module, so a lazy() route is an
entry point in the build's metafile exactly like the real one. The build took the first output that had
one. With enough routes that is a route — and the page then fetches it, parses it, runs it, and mounts
nothing.

There is no symptom to search for. No 404, no console error, no failing build; the page is simply blank.
This release exists because it happened to the Weave documentation site on the 3.4.0 deploy.

If you built with 3.4.0, rebuild with this. Nothing in your code needs to change. An app with no
lazy() routes was never affected: with one module in the bundle there was only one entry point to pick.

Upgrading

Nothing to do beyond the version. No API moved, and no behaviour of a running app changed.
