v2.0.1: Restore --wp--preset--color-- CSS custom properties

GP outputs short-form variables (--primary, --white) but BB references
colours using --wp--preset--color--{slug}. This bridge was incorrectly
removed in 2.0.0 as redundant, breaking BB modules on the frontend.
