Fixed popover backwards compatibility for legacy browsers in Windows 8.
Fixed problem with specifying long url as profile picture.
Fixed an issue with realtime registration when enabling notification events.
Added feature config for individual meeting providers.
Added export forwarding of all uikit-web types under the WeavyTypes namespace in uikit-react.

Breaking Changes

Removed the noMeetings attribute in uikit-web in favor of noZoomMeetings, noMicrosoftTeams and noGoogleMeet.
Moved all exports of sub components to the WeavyComponents namespace in uikit-web and uikit-react. Use import { WeavyComponents } from "@weavy/uikit-web"; to reach the sub components.
Removed the deprecated and unused zoomAuthenticationUrl. See docs for Zoom configuration.
