if it's a well known e-commerce site, it should find available coupon codes that are active.
also if it's in the cart like the last step of a checkout, it should look up for coupons for this particular product - in one click.

Thanks — I’d like to take this. I propose keeping the first slice narrow and verifiable:

• Surface a Find coupon codes suggested action only on recognized commerce product, cart, and checkout pages.
• Read the exact product/cart and merchant-provided offers first, then research a bounded set of external candidate codes.
• Treat product-page results as unverified candidates. Call a code active only after the merchant checkout accepts it and the payable total or explicit discount state changes.
• At cart/checkout, try only a small bounded set, keep the best valid discount applied, and report the before/after total and any restrictions.
• Never place the order, pay, or change unrelated checkout choices.
• Keep Chrome/Firefox behavior aligned and cover routing, false positives, fast-path behavior, stale-page safety, and the no-order boundary with deterministic tests, plus a small live manual matrix where feasible.

I’ll keep v1 provider-free: no coupon API, affiliate dependency, or new external service. I’m starting a focused PR linked to this issue with those assumptions so the behavior stays easy to revise in review.
