Selection and context-menu prompts still send the full untrusted-content boundary to the model, but the sidebar and history now show only the user's question/instruction and the selected text.
Gate formatSelectionPromptForDisplay on the exact wrapSelectedPageText shape (preamble + ctx- nonce box) so manually typed or pasted tag mentions stay identical in the bubble and history.
Rebuild history titles from the first user message through the selection display formatter so pre-change records do not keep untrusted wrappers in the UI or markdown export heading.
