Improve first-install pin guidance for 24.3
Use Lobe Icons (plus a few official marks) in Settings provider cards, open sidepanel picker rows, and onboarding local model choices. Add a custom text-only header picker with clearer chevron affordance, category filter icons, multimodal section icons, and base-URL provider sniff chips.
Use a longer timeout for recording/transcript downloads, clear the live banner while saving, document the hard vs soft download wait contracts, and tighten id-only scratchpad coverage.
Scope header icon-button styles away from the picker so select chrome wins. Add keyboard navigation, focusout dismiss, and an accessible name on the trigger. Match multimodal base URLs by hostname only so CodeQL incomplete substring sanitization alerts clear, and use decorative empty alt on list icons.
Keep a saving flag after MediaRecorder stops so a concurrent start cannot race the disk flush, and only emit the final stopped broadcast for our own reservation.
