WebBrain Companion 0.1.2 is the standalone desktop app for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It serves an OpenAI-compatible endpoint on this computer and can run the optional Bonsai local model.

Download the package for your operating system from the assets below, then start the app. In a WebBrain extension build with the WebBrain Companion provider card, choose that card, load a model, save, and test the connection. The default address is http://127.0.0.1:8327/v1, and the extension on the same computer needs no API key. Older extension builds can use the generic Local OpenAI-compatible Proxy card at that address.
