Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. For me the page loads.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 63.0a1 (2018-06-27)
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), disable Tracking protection (if active) or use a clean profile (about:profiles), and check again?
