I can't reproduce this issue. Firefox mobile and Chrome mobile both receive desktop page. Set to needsinfo from reporter to know the exact problem.

It seems it's not a compatible issue. The website is designed for web app but not for mobile app. Display desktop page format in all the mobile browsers.

It's been a month with no response, so I'm going to close this issue as invalid (since no browser is even getting a mobile site). If there is additional info, please let us know and we'll reinvestigate!
