Firefox doesn't trust the server's certificate, because the Certificate Authority that verifies it is not in the Mozilla Root Store. If the root certificate is already in the Windows Store (e.g. the site opens normally in another browser), then setting the preference security.enterprise_roots.enabled to true will make it work with Firefox, too. This blog post has more details on this feature.

Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue.
I accessed the link and the site loaded with no issues as presented in the image below.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 71.0a1 (2019-10-20)
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Reporter, could you please update to the latest Firefox version, and give it another try?
Also, could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile (about:profiles), and check again?
