Thanks for the report.
I was indeed able to reproduce the issue. I am unable to scroll the page to access the controls.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Preview Nightly 200213 (🦎: 74.0a1-20200210093912), Chrome Mobile 80.0.3987.99
Operating System: Huawei P10 (Android 9.0) - 1080 x 1920 pixels (~432 ppi pixel density)

This is happening because of the room taken by the input elements and a design which has been made a bit too constrained to certain expected sizes.

in chrome each row

<div class="row"><label for="size">Size: </label><input id="size" name="size" type="range" value="150" max="180" min="10" step="1"></div>

has a height of 26px,
in firefox 32px.

so the accumulation pushes out the bottom part.

and this is in the end due to the height of the

<input type="range" value="150" max="180" min="10" step="1">

On desktop for example

data:text/html,<input type="range" value="150" max="180" min="10" step="1">

displays a natural height of firefox: 19px and chrome 16px.
