Webex BYOVA Gateway 1.1.0
This release adds streaming-oriented Silero voice activity detection (VAD).
- Central gateway-owned speech boundary signals with debounce and silence hysteresis
- Declared WxCC LINEAR16 and MULAW inbound-audio normalization before VAD observation
- Immediate frame forwarding for streaming connectors; central speech-end signaling for utterance-based flows
- AudioBuffer now serves buffering only rather than acting as a parallel speech detector
- DTMF-mode suppression and cached Silero model loading
Validation: 307 automated tests passed.
