Feature Request: Show question descriptions and comments in SFC

It hurts the DX when you need to jump back and forth between the README and the playground. I'd suggest to also output the descriptions to the playground as comments.

Also, add a custom title window.top.document.title = "Portal" (see example) to find easily the tab in the browser.
