…st ctx.plugins reader (item 7, #37) createFileNormalizerFromContext now resolves upload modifiers from the container (resolveAll(FileUploadModifier)) instead of context.plugins.byType. New FileUploadModifier DI multiple-abstraction; extensions register modifiers via container.registerInstance(FileUploadModifier, createFileUploadModifier(cb)). Renamed the internal accumulator class FileUploadModifier → FileUploadModifierBuilder to free the name. Behaviour-preserving (no internal producers; empty → empty). This was the second and last reader of the request ctx.plugins bag (background-tasks createService was the first, #38). Nothing reads ctx.plugins anymore — the bridge still writes to it (registerLegacyPluginsViaGqlContextualSchema) for not-yet-converted consumers (#36 website-builder, #39 scheduler-aws, bg-tasks context.tasks), but those writes are now dead; the bag + the write can be dropped once those last consumers move off the bridge.
