Improved Settings 0.2.2

Includes the compact controls and layout from 0.2.1: inline favorite/copy/reset icons, scope and reload chips, sidebar Favorites, equal search/Show columns, and metadata for nested settings.

Corrects the default access badge for custom integrations that supply world scope. An integration can still explicitly override access when its form uses different permissions.

20 automated tests pass. The 0.2.1 layout and metadata changes passed 43 live checks on v13.351 and Forge v14.364.
