Replace synchronous phpredis/predis with amphp/redis for non-blocking
Redis I/O on every operation. Add Fiber-aware internals to the cache
layer: concurrent lock blocking, failover reads, cluster operations,
and tag management. Make illuminate/redis a required cache dependency.
