[Hub] When editing a Certificate's settings, after saving once and then making further changes, you can't save again #754

Description

@elkinweta

Using Certify The Web Hub v7.1.1.0 on Windows Server 2016 Essentials in Chrome Version 150.0.7871.182 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Under Certificates > Summary > (click a certificate's Title to open its window)

Make any(*) change(s) to any of the settings (under Certificate, Deployment, or Tasks). The Save button at the top of the window becomes enabled. Press Save to save changes. The window remains open.

Now make more change(s).

  • Expect: the Save button becomes enabled again.
  • Actual: the Save button remains disabled, so you can't save any of the changes you made.

Workaround: Close the window (losing any changes you made after previously saving), then click the certificate's Title to open the window again, and now make your changes again. This time, the Save button at the top of the window becomes enabled and allows you to press it, as expected.

(*) When changing the certificate title, the Save button seems to work correctly, but when changing most/all other settings, this bug occurs.
