Updates the bundled rest-api to the 2026-09-05 build.

Fixes

rest-api: .vtt subtitles are served directly instead of returning no URL. A .vtt file needs no conversion, so the subtitle-stream URL builder produced nothing for it while callers assumed a recognised subtitle always has one — attaching a same-named sidecar as a track hit a nil dereference.
rest-api: the node a client is sent to is now chosen in the same order torrent-http-proxy uses. The two sides partitioned the infohash space identically but sorted nodes in opposite directions, so for roughly two thirds of hashes the client was routed to a node the proxy did not call home; the proxy then re-partitioned over that node's own seeder pods and only about a third of them ever saw traffic.
rest-api: node selection now uses rendezvous hashing — nodes ranked by sha1(infohash, node name) — instead of interval partitioning. A node joining or leaving used to shift every boundary after it and move about half the infohashes to a different node, cold-starting their per-node disk caches.
rest-api: a magnet resolution may run up to 10 minutes, matching the raised magnet2torrent cap, so a client retrying for ten minutes after the ordinary 60 s attempt is no longer cut short by a 3-minute server cap.

rest-api: the playable-format whitelist is wider, and the MIME claims in the format tables were corrected.
