Updates the iOS SDK to WebViewBundle FFI 0.3.0.

Changes

  • Upgrade the native FFI module to 0.3.0 and refresh the Swift bindings.
  • Support HTTP 204 No Content responses when checking for remote updates. Remote.getUpdate() returns nil for both 204 No Content and 304 Not Modified.
