First release of the Weft native websearch provider for OpenCode V2 beta 18743.

• Route searches through You.com, Exa, Parallel, or Tavily with one Weft buyer key.
• Choose a fixed provider or the cheapest compatible operation automatically.
• Enforce a default USD 0.01 per-call ceiling, exact purchase attribution, cancellation, and no retry after an uncertain paid outcome.
• Normalize provider responses into native OpenCode websearch results.
