What's Changed

• fix(mcp): use *[]byte for ExecHandler dest (#81) @weibaohui
  • mcp/tools/pod.ExecHandler declared var execResult string and called Execute(&execResult), but callbacks.ExecuteCommand reflect-checks that dest must be *[]byte, returning the "dest must be a pointer to a byte slice" error on every call. This made MCP tool run_command_in_k8s_pod unusable (downstream weibaohui/k8m issue #468). Now declared as []byte and passes *[]byte. Execute(dest interface{}) signature is unchanged; other callers already used []byte and are unaffected.
  • Behavior change for MCP clients: response text now goes through TextResult's []byte case (string([]byte)) instead of the default JSON-marshaled string case. Closer to raw kubectl exec bytes; clients that depended on JSON escaping for special characters may need to update.
