Fixed

• Fixed monitor fallback behavior when a saved monitor was unavailable at startup.
• PabloDock now re-detects available monitors on every restore.
• When the originally saved monitor becomes available again, windows return to their original saved monitor and position.
• Temporary fallback no longer affects the saved profile.
