Fix: Block enqueue parity

learnkit-public.css and learnkit-public.js now load correctly when LearnKit Gutenberg blocks are used on a page, not just shortcodes. Affected blocks: learnkit/catalog, learnkit/dashboard, learnkit/course, learnkit/lesson, learnkit/quiz.

Feat: Direct checkout for single-product courses

The Enroll button on course catalog cards now skips the product page and cart, sending users directly to checkout when there is only one WooCommerce product linked to a course. Courses with multiple linked products still link to the filtered shop archive.

Fix: Remove dead course-catalog.js (v0.8.8)

Removed legacy jQuery enrollment handler that targeted a CSS class no longer used in any template.
