chore(docs): regenerate the stale trdl use partial - #418

The `trdl use` examples in the CLI reference still described the pre-#391 help text, so `task docs:gen` produced a diff on a clean checkout and every PR touching the generator carried an unrelated change. Regenerate it on its own. Signed-off-by: Aleksei Igrychev <aleksei.igrychev@palark.com>
