feat: add WASM and Serde support with feature flags

- Introduced optional Serde and WASM support through feature flags in the library
- Added `tsify-next` for WASM type conversion
- Refactored structs to use conditional derive macros for WASM and Serde
- Updated Cargo.toml files to include new optional dependencies and features
- Restructured WASM crate to use new feature-based approach
- Removed redundant type conversion modules in favor of more flexible implementation
