fix(nodejs): 为 flatten_single_child_directory 补上 windows 门控

该函数引用的 fs/io/Path 与 anyhow::Result 均来自 windows 门控的导入，
未加门控导致 macOS 与 Linux 构建报 E0433/E0425/E0107 而失败。
该模块在 main.rs 中以无条件的 `mod nodejs;` 声明，模块内每一项需自行门控。
